EFT: The surprising natural healing aid you can use for almost everything

I use EFT on my clients when I feel they are stuck in an emotional situation and are finding it hard to make the commitment to themselves to make changes for the better. More often than not in my practice it is about making changes regarding healthy eating, but sometimes when we start the EFT session it can bring up a whole load of emotions that have been festering under the surface for years. Once you have delt with those emotions it is amazing how you can free up your life to clear the pathway to the real you!! The person that has always been there, but was held back, by an accumulation of a lifetime of old habits and negative belief systems.

What is EFT?
