I will come to your house, assess the food in your fridge (or talk about your usual way of eating) and depending on your personal needs tell you exactly what you need to maintain your health. This is a one hour exclusive session just to talk about YOU!! Included in this hour is the ‘Chat’ session where you get the chance to ask me about any fitness, nutrition, emotional or physical issues you may have!! Fire away!!

If you have always wanted nutrition advice, but not wanted to go through a full consultation then this is the ideal service for you. When you book the appointment we will have a chat about your health concerns or the things you are most interested in and I will come along to your house fully equipped with all the information you require! This service can cover a wide range of nutritional concerns such as Asthma, allergies, arthritis, concentration problems, neurological disease, cancer, heart disease, diabetes, weight issues (under and over weight) gastrointestinal problems such as IBS, Crohn’s disease, fertility issues, male and female hormonal issues, migraines, healthy pregnancy advice, toddler nutrition, teenage hormone balancing, and much, much more!!! This is invaluable advice which when explained properly will make perfect sense, allowing you to get the best out of your life and have endless energy to really thrive!

The Price for the fridge detective is £45 (Local Visits near Chichester)

Prices will vary depending on where you are located, and the travelling time and expenses will be included in other areas. Within your visit you will get a package of information individually suited to your needs, including dietary and supplement advice.

• A super market trip can be added to the service to make sure you have all that you need and know exactly where to get it! This will help you to be more informed, teach you to read labels, show you the popular products with hidden salts and sugars, and give you advice on a variety of your favourite foods. This extra service will give you and your family the very best chance of sustaining a nourishing and nutritious diet. Fee - £35
• Fridge Detective 2 – If you want a quick recap on the information you have been given a few weeks or months down the line you can have a follow up visit lasting 45 mins – Fee £25 (location depending)
• Healthy eating Cookery Lessons can be arranged for small groups of people that want to learn how to incorporate more nutritious ingredients into their diet!
