K4 Fit Kidz

K4 fit Kidz has been designed by me, and is something I am very proud of. We are a team of passionate experts, consisting of Nutritionist, chef and personal trainer. The idea originated when I was working with children that were overweight, but then I realised that so many parents were hungry for Nutritional advice in so many different areas I needed to devise a program for every need.

I wanted to put a program together that would send kids the right message, that being fit and healthy is totally cool!! I wanted it to be motivating and empowering for both parent and child, and so far the results have been staggering! I have been amazed how much the children have loved the classes and taken on board all the advice I have given. I even had one mother thanking me for getting her son to like spinach smoothies!! Yes it’s true, the kids really do love them!

It’s about teaching families how to live a healthier, happier, more balanced and fulfilling life, and that by bringing the correct nutrition into your lives it is possible for us to reach our true potential.

I also wanted parents to see how easy it is to make small changes in their children’s eating habits to see massive results! The programs are for anyone wanting to learn more about the importance of their Childs health and for those who have any health issues and want to find alternative ways to help prevent disease through nutrition rather than medication.

It also teaches you what’s hidden in the everyday foods, such as breakfast cereals that your children love, and how most children are addicted to sugar by the age of five years old. I have had families completing the program thinking that they were really health conscious, that have said to me afterwards how much they didn’t know! If you don’t know what you don’t know, how can you know you don’t know it!! Knowledge is power! The programs are directed at all ages of children from 6 upwards and at K4 Fitkidz we will be bringing in more specific programs for teenagers and toddlers later on in the year. Holiday programs and school sessions are also being devised.

Basically the K4 programs are designed for the whole family to get fit, get motivated and improve confidence, stamina and concentration. They consist of six weeks courses held one evening a week after school. Each week consists of one hour Nutrition talks, one hour fun packed exercise sessions and on week three they get a 2 hour cookery session which is packed to the brim of fabulous ideas to get your 8 fruit and vegetables a day disguised in various dishes to temp the most fussy of eaters!!

They will learn the importance of exercise, the power of food and its direct link to your health.

It really is something that no parent can afford to miss!!

Our Team at K4 Fitkidz are professional and passionate about what we do. K4 FitKidz also runs weekly exercise classes for those children and parents whom have completed the six week course and wish to continue their fitness experience. We have separate cookery classes every eight weeks.
