I like to think of it as support that focuses on achieving positive results and is forward looking. These techniques can be used for any situation such as weight loss issues, diet planning, work related issues, setting goals for getting fitter, running the London marathon, giving up smoking, becoming more confident, relationship issues, becoming prime-minister!! Whatever you are dealing with, Life Coaching is so helpful and it should be available for everyone in everyday life!

I like to take my clients through processes and easy-to-follow models to help you to make choices for yourself and make your life more purposeful.

Although most of my coaching is around Nutrition goals, I do coach individuals who want to move forward in their lives and need a type of support which is holistic, i.e. encourages you to achieve overall well being and to set in balance the different aspects of your life, goals and things you would like to achieve.

This is a great type of support suitable for anyone from all walks of life as a means of helping you to identify and pursue a vision of whom and where you want to be.

I find regular coaching sessions invaluable for myself, to keep me on the right path and allowing me to stay focused within my business and personal life.
